In the top right corner of your portal you'll see
Assistant
Click this to open the agent and ask it a question, summarize a record or create an activity from anywhere in the portal.
- Basic HubSpot how to's: "How do I turn on my meeting notetaker?" or "How do I associate a Sold To account to a deal?"
- Company activity summaries: "Give me a quick summary of @companyname recent activity and any open deals" or "Give me a summary of the notes my team left on @companyname record in the last month"
- Create an activity or task: "Log a meeting on @XYZcompnay: Demo completed. The decision maker attended. Next step is legal review next Tuesday." or "Create a task on @DealName to follow up on the quote in one week.”
- Create notes and next steps: “Summarize my last meeting transcript with @XYXcompany into clear CRM notes with action items.” or “Write a follow-up email based on my last meeting notes and suggest a next step.”
- Deal Prioritization: "Which of my open deals have had the most engagement this week?"

- Make sure you @ the name of the record you are referencing for summary and activity logging
- Save your best-performing prompts and reuse them using prompt bookmarks
- Ask the Breeze assistant for prompt ideas
- Give Breeze feedback so it learns what you like
