1. In HubSpot, navigate to the record timeline where the activity appears (for example, a logged call, email, meeting, or task).
2. Click the activity you want to associate to open its details.
3. In the activity header, select the **Associations** option.
4. Click **Add association**.
5. In the panel that opens, search for the contact, company, deal, ticket, or custom object you want to link to this activity.
6. Select the appropriate record from the search results.
7. Confirm your selection to save the association. This will ensure the interaction is visible across all related records, supporting more accurate reporting and decision-making.
