Access and Manage Prompts in Breeze Assistant 

How to use saved prompts in Breeze Assistant

  1. In the top navigation bar, click breeze ✨ Assistant in the top right.
  2. Click the bookmark icon and select a saved prompt.
  3. To use a shared prompt, click the three vertical dots icon and select Prompts.
    • Click the Shared prompts tab.
    • Click the name of a shared prompt.
  4. Click the send icon. 

How to create prompts in Breeze Assistant

  1. In the top navigation bar, click ✨Assistant in the top right.
  2. Click three veritcal dots icon and select Prompts.
  3. Click Add new prompt.
  4. Enter your prompt. Optionally click Add object placeholders (e.g., Contact) to require users to fill before using the prompt.
  5. Enter your prompt name. Give the prompt a clear name so users know what it does.
  6. Click the Assistants dropdown menu, and select the assistants you want to have access to your prompt. To give all assistants access to the prompt, select the Access from all assistants checkbox.
  7. To share your prompt, toggle the Let your team find and use this prompt switch on.
  8. When finished, click Save.

How to edit or delete prompts in Breeze Assistant

  1. In the top navigation bar, click ✨ Assistant in the top right.
  2. Click three vertical dots icon and select Prompts.
  3. Enter text in the Search field to locate the prompt.
  4. To edit a prompt, click three vertical dots icon next to the prompt and select Edit. Continue to edit the prompt details.
  5. To delete a saved prompt, click three vertical dots icon next to the prompt and select Delete. In the dialog box, click Delete prompt.
